Thats fine as we need good eggs like that in the squad and he’ll still get plenty of game time but he’s the obvious weak spot in the XI right now. I wonder if they had instructions to just keep recycling the ball on that side as it would have been difficult to find a route past Brentford 3 centrebacks with a cross. TomC Posted December 17, 2023 Share Posted December 17, 2023 His strength in attack is carrying the ball forward. He doesn't get to do that when Unai plays him further forwards.
