What's the point having a big target man who is excellent in the air but poor on the ground and then playing slow tempo and not direct? We need a manager who has a style of play and chooses the right players for the purpose, although the defence fragility it's going to take some doing to fix. We're a mid-table Championship side, at best.Rubbish, we are better than Sunderland, Watford, Norwich, Bournemouth, WBA.The problem is that our players have been coached by IDIOTS for years and have no clue as to how they should play and they are short on confidence.
