DeadlyDirk Posted June 10, 2015 Share Posted June 10, 2015 What I would say is when we were in this position just before Lerner took over, he sanctioned the purchase of Petrov, Doug Ellis who was still chairman at the time only allowed it to go ahead as Lerner told him that he'd bankroll it and put the money back into the club. Possible scenarios of this nature can happen whilst the club is in this current stage, but it's a decision taken with the potential incoming owners and the outgoing owner... Wow Lol, I know his injury record is ridiculously bad, but I saw him play against our reserves last season, owned the midfield.
