Mister_Master
According with this site http://www.maisfutebol.iol.pt/transferencias/04-08-2015/fc-porto-aly-cissokho-esta-de-regresso , Cissokho is going to Porto on loan. His family confirmed the deal. Porto can buy him at the end of the loan. Edit: Here is another one confirming the deal, and telling that he arrives tonight at Porto. http://www.abola.pt/clubes/ver.aspx?t=5&id=563676 I'm pretty sure he is out of contract next summer so available on a Bosman, same as Cole and Senderos. http://www.avfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10265~4061608,00.html He signed for 4 years. Yes. Porto bought him for 300.000€ and sold him 6 months later for €15M. He has arrived to Porto. http://www.maisfutebol.iol.pt/videos/55c127b40cf274bb130058c5/aly-cissokho-ja-esta-em-portugal Edited August 4, 2015 by Mister_Master

I didnt mind you at all and if you wanted to play second fiddle to some 21 year old I'd have kept you as back up but hey ho
Popular Post briny_ear
Thought he did OK for us, particularly when you remember the disastrous situation at left back he was brought in to stabilise and strengthen. Best of luck to him in Portugal I say.

chunkyluke
I liked him, strong defender. Definitely think Amavi is an upgrade though, but thought with Aly we could let him blood in over a longer period of time. Onwards and upwards, and all the best to Aly in his future endeavours. Can't believe the bad rap he got before he came here still...
KMitch
Solid defender, awful going forward. 99% of his crosses didn't even make it past his mark, let alone the first man in the box. Whenever he'd go forward with the ball last season, I'd say to myself "Yep, that cross is going to be blocked for a throw in..." Hopefully returning to Porto will get him back to his roots and he can learn how to cross a ball again.

I always felt quite comfortable with him at the back but like others have said he offered little going forward so not to Tims taste. And its always welcome when we get somone off the books that we dont need so happy days
Jarpie
Decent defender but probably not quite good enough going forward. Could be good back up but Sherwood looks to favor Richardson and Bennett over Cissokho.
bobzy
Personally think Richardson offers more as back-up. Hopefully Cissokho finds some form and regular playing time at Porto. Always had a good attitude and tried on the pitch.
