anybody that could stand outside a small community church, see the golden glow of low lighting and hear the rag tag local singers having a humble, gentle heartfelt go at this and not feel moved to gives thanks to the Lord for having a warm home to go, is a word removed

Rock & Roll Christmas - Gary Glitter. You don't hear it much these days, for some season.

I preferred the Lost Prophets cover but you never hear that either anymore.

If you're not into peados, how do you feel about murders? Anything off the Phil Spector Christmas album is always high on my list.

Ah yes, it's the time of year where people tell you the only Christmas song they like is Fairytale of New York.  They are the the same sort of people who always say Johnny Cash's version of Hurt is the best cover version ever. Bastards.

......then you have the people who are just too damn cool!

Every Christmas of my life I've heard this album, so it's all one long song to me.

Even when I haven't spent the day with my Old man I stick it on.

I also like this song -

Although it's a sad one.

Apparently, Wizard and Co. rake in £500k a year of royalties.  Invent an iconic Christmas song and live the life of a king!

(The £500k a year was quoting Heart FM...I feel a google coming)

An old guy sings o holy night ever year in the local church, not the best singer but sings like it has real meaning to him so I like it.

And this year Silent night brought a tear to the eyes, just with this year with all that has been going on personally.
