Qwpzxjor1
Always a shame to see the big players miss out, but as an England fan i can't help but be delighted at this mornings news. Even if he manages to play (Uruguay FA confident he will.. No-one else is..) he will be well off the pace. Zatman
I don't know. I was looking forward to the same positive reaction from the English media for his upcoming dive vs England like he got when he dived vs Villa

Wainy316
I was hoping Gerrard would do him in. That would've been funny.

Jarpie
I hope he can play against england, dives to get penalty on stoppage time on second half and scores winning goal, dropping england from the second round. I'd laugh so much.

Dosent need pace. All he has to do is hang around the 18yard box and when the ball comes anywhere near him, fall over.

PaulC
Well it will be a massive boost for England if a player of Suarez's talent misses the world cup. It increases our chances of qualification massively. But he's very durable I expect him to be fit. Edited May 22, 2014 by PaulC

maqroll
Landon Donovan axed from the USA squad. Fat, lazy, and entitled...not a good combination when trying to make a good impression. See ya, Landon.
heid3ster
I can see why Lando was left out. Why drop Brad Evans, though?
Rovers13
Because Evans has been really poor for Seattle in mls so far this year.
Czechlad
Landon Donovan axed from the USA squad. Fat, lazy, and entitled...not a good combination when trying to make a good impression. See ya, Landon. I don't know why you say fat, lazy and entitled. Surely you can't mean Donovan is any of those things because then you would be wrong.
Voinjama
I never watch the MLS, but Donovan's omission is a bit of a shock. The team lacks experience in some areas.
Rovers13
I agree with Donovan's omission, but not because of the three things stated above. They're a little bit wrong to me.
