  1. 9 pasties in 45 minutes is good going to be fair……oh
  2. He didn’t fancy that, got the first “injury” because he was fat and slow in the first place
  3. I’m not going to be happy when confirmed he’s not starting. I’m okay with Bailey getting a run it’s Coutinho I want Buendia in for. Unfortunately Norwich are a usually so shit that Little Phil will shine today, cementing his place for the rest of the season.
  4. This is absolutely spot on for me.
  5. I find him very slimey but comparing to say Man United Id rather have his arrogance in his own ability to drive the club forward rather than have an executive yes man. We havnt seen the positives of the Lange/Gerrard appointments yet but as much as the owners I give him credit for the Stadium Plans, Aston Academy plans, General Academy developments and appointments. Doing a good job so far.
  6. Your stats can be good but if you watch the game its the overall impact you see. He is mainly a passenger and while I 100% agree he needs better players around him to be his best (allow him to be a passenger) as our most well paid player you would want him to impact (not saying win) games on his own.
  7. Countiho has been a blocker for him. He was an option after Bunedia now Buendia is the option. I like what I see in him, we all want him to succeed. Hope he signs and I hope he plays. I can’t see Chuk, Chrisene and Tim all playing at the same time on Saturday though.
  8. I think this is a case of how poor (or rather absent) Coutinho was rather than how not shit Bailey was.
  9. Exactly, they were bad before and are now worse. I fully give Gerrards tactics credit for it their decline from an already poor season to a bad season.
  10. For me its the fact that Luiz, Watkins, McGinn, Ings, Bailey have got visibly worse under his tenure.
  11. I thought he was fast? He looks about a stone over weight
  12. Why is this new offensive a big deal? I thought they already controlled the Donbas region.
  13. If there’s any hope the hard core Cristian right wingers will have Dyche back in position by Sunday
  14. The balance goes out of the thread as people who vote Tory cant defend the stuff they are doing, so its just a shit show of abuse against them (rightly so). They will still vote anyway as they dont need to respond to scrutiny or criticism to justify their "choice".

    Karim Benzema

Oh no another header, this thread might get weird
  16. Turns out he’s fed up of hearing about it and if Boris broke the rules then everyone did just by going to work
  17. Are you pro or anti Tory? Ill be seeing my dad later who is fully behind Boris so he’ll no doubt be brushing this off. Interesting to see any Conservative supporters on this forum and what their opinion on this is.
  18. I would have been fuming had it been given a foul. It’s a good challenge.
  19. I don’t doubt his quality I doubt his physical ability. He’s still sharp on the ball and even the small movements but he generally looks pretty immobile. We shouldn’t be building the team around one player and we can’t have a passenger off the ball. I understand the love affair and I won’t be unhappy if we do sign him but I hope we don’t.
  20. I want more signings in line with Buendia and Cash. Taking a punt on someone from a lower team with technique and aggression. Not a huge fan of experienced signings as policy. We need experience so the Youngs nad Coutinhos make sense but ultimately we cant compete financially for the top level "experienced" pros so end up taking off track/broken/out of form players in the hope of resurrection. On the flip side Philips/Ward Prowse signings are perfect for the right price, unfortunately I dont think there is any chance of getting them now. We went for Webster and Phillips (3 years ago) in the same summer and then next signed Watkins and Cash, I think this is the perfect policy. You know what, sign people from the championship, just do that it seems to make me happy.
  21. I think its the attitude that hes lost, in turn losing the aggression that made him what he was. His movement is still good when you watch him but hes just hanging legs out and flicking the ball when he gets it, hes been utter rubbish for a long time now, I dont see him coming back.
  22. 100% agree, probably should have said his inclusion is more in hope that he comes good. Looked way off it in the last game while also looking a little dangerous. Id rather see him and Chuk given chances than play Coutinho/Ings/Watkins/McGinn/Young in the games that dont suit or a forced into formations.
