  1. Found a formation that works, my addiction is now in full flow. 9th in prem with Sheffield Wednesday in my 3rd season! Easier to use than fm13, I'm not as engaged with it though. Maybe I'm getting to old to enjoy to the same extent.
  2. I wasn't going to buy this year but after loading up fm 13 and getting bored with a new start I've accepted the envitable. Deep down I always knew I'd buy it. Sorry fm I'll never think like that again!

  6. Cant choose between betting on Benteke first scorer 3-1 125/1 or 3-2 100/1. Feeling optimistic, which is certain to cost me money!

    I have a problem of having a favourite, wearing it out and then buying a new one rather than rotating This is my current Fossil Watch, probably not to a lot of your tastes.
  8. I assume this an AA type of thread. Hi Im Nicho, a Football Manager addict and im here like the rest of you to get some help. I assume thats what this thread is for.......... Actually im here to get my fix until the new game comes out. I cant wait until it consumes my life again.

    Gym Routine

    The biggest change Ive made to my diet, is actually having breakfast and not eating after 8pm no matter what hours Im doing. It fits in with my days off and about 75% of my working days. Ive now been to the gym four times this week, I Managed 80 mins football on Tuesday and Im training tonight, Saturday & Sunday. Half of my battle with my routine is just making sure Im going to the gym even when Im knackered after finishing work, Im aware that isnt the best time to go but it means Im going and I feel better for it. The worst thing about not having any routine is that I do my own ROTA, its just that its a 24/7 business and Im paid to be in the business when im needed.

    Gym Routine

    Im new to the site (posting wise), never thought my first post would be in this thread. Ive been back in the gym for about 3 weeks after about a year of not going and I didnt play football last season. My job allows me no routine and Ive had to cancel on football training on Sunday and Tuesday this week. I do 3 sets of 12 with 15 seconds breaks in between. Im already noticing the difference and I know that it works as ive done it before. I use a lot of compound exercises, any one got any advice to get fitter quicker? Overall aim is shifting the flab and getting back to fitness then ill start back on the muscle growth.
  11. Hi, Long time lurker, fancy getting involved. Last season at home to Swansea for Benteke`s debut I said if he scores Im not going to work. I lost my voice in the Holte and called in sick for work. Forever known as the "rule of Benteke" every time he scored we had to go out and get drunk "Benteked". That rule got me into a lot of trouble in the last year!
