Watched many of these. Chris Brown played under Lambert at Blackburn and is nothing but complimentary. Kilgallon too and a few others. A great man motivator by all accounts.

What happened at Villa? **** knows. He sold his soul for a fat deal and had to the bidding of whatever words removed we had in charge at the time. Faulkner and Fox was it? Cant remember now.

Doesn't make sense either, can see from Norwich days he was trying be a MON type manager. Surprised to hear he was similar at Blackburn.

Genuinely no idea what happened at Villa

Interviews the Under the Coshdid with players that played under old school managers are quite good not just Clough.

Stan Ternant sounds like an absolute mad man for example. Can see difference in good and bad ways from modern game

Been really enjoying the pundits picking their favourite games on MOTD, hopefull that stays for next season or whenever football gets back to normal.

Hopefully Dion Dublin picks a classic villa game when it's his turn, 3-2 v Arsenal I reckon.

talks real don't he, says it like it is

and he seems to mug arsenal off which everyone likes

Funnier that Watford have beaten Arsenal just once in 10 games since promotion

Can someone explain to me why professional Sloth lookalike and convicted thug Deeney is some sort of media darling?

Because he comes across as a normal person and is a poster boy for prison reform.

Big fan of Under the Cosh

The Clarke Carlisle interview was great... over 3 hours long.

The Aaron Wilbraham one is excellent as well. Seems a decent guy.

Same names always crop up; Megson, Phil Brown, Steve Cotterill, Tony Pulis, etc

Lambert always gets praise

BBC put Bruno Fernandes in their team of the season

And Henderson as player of the year

It was voted for by the fans I think.

I'm sure it's just a result of there being shit loads of Man Utd fans and no other player of theirs being any good.

They've even got 'eat like Deeney' now on the BBC website FFS you'd think he was some muhammad ali type personality

I'll be honest part of it as well is willingness to do anything like that. Very much doubt they'll be many other current PL skippers who would want to do it. Plus so many aren't comfortable talking to the media.
