They've lost a game by a margin of one goal and are still the best team by points per game of any side in europe's top 6 leagues.

Hoepfully this 'greatest premier league side of all time' bullshit goes up in smoke now.

They're still the greatest premier league side of all time.  Just won't have a record that "proves" it.

Same way that Messi is still the greatest player in our lifetime, but he can't be because he hasn't won a World Cup.

You can afford to be like that when you average 1 loss every 23 matches

Probably appreciated a side actually bothering to attack them as well.

Unlike teams who only spend £300m.  Apparently it's "unfair" then :D

Far too early to say this.

OK, fair.

They've still played the best football of any Premier League side ever.  If they replicate this for the remainder of the season, they'll be the greatest Premier League side ever.

To be fair, a lot of clubs try to attacking Man City, but their passing and possession makes it nearly impossible. United wanted to attack City, but City just controlled the match.

Liverpool also tried to attack City in their first match, but Mane got sent off and things fell apart.

So with Laporte now signed that makes it £190 m spent on defenders since the end of last season.

£57m might not be a bad deal thou in this market, as long as he can stay fit.

That miss by Sterling, my god that's one of the worst I've ever seen :D

I've never seen a player miss SO MANY sitters whilst still scoring a lot of goals in a season.

His finishing is awful, yet he's the 4th top scorer in the Premier League :D
