A quick Google on Leon Knight makes him seem like an absolute moron with a history for stuff like this. Where Jack and this picture fits in all this I have no idea and probably best not to speculate. If you zoom in to a similar size not on photoshop I can't see any of that. Out of interest, did you do that yourself or post a pic from someone else? I know very little about photo editing, but I'm much more inclined to believe someone on here if they did it themselves than got the picture off of social media.
