Meath_Villan
Went down to see the folks in Tipperary the otherday and stopped off for a mcdonalds, the quaterpounder is just pure grease but the kid had a happy meal and to be fair it was decent enough for a kids meal bar the chips, The coffee was also a plus. Wont be going back anytime soon tho
BOF Posted December 2, 2013 Moderator Share Posted December 2, 2013 That's it, I want a Rudolph burger this December. I still think there's a (probably niche) market for someone to have a gimmicky venison burger for this month It definitely doesn't belong in this thread though. MV, do you (or could you...) do a Rudolph burger at your place? ...
ME
We call them bambi burgers They are awesome. My dad just marinated and smoked venison and then made bambi jerky. SOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!
BOF Posted December 2, 2013 Moderator Share Posted December 2, 2013 Jerky is a phenomenon that has never travelled as far as Ireland (AFAIK).

AVFC_Hitz
The Moseley farmers market used to do ostrich burgers. They were a different level of taste.
CarewsEyebrowDesigner
Ostrich burgers are lovely. Springbok burger is decent too. Kangaroo burger... not a fan.

Modern motorways have rendered that song inaccurate Now it's "It's a straight run, to Tipperary".

troon_villan
Peckish waiting for the game to start so I just made cheese and beans on toast and squirted some BBQ sauce on them just before I took them out the grill. Absolutely ace, especially on a cold and wet day like today!

CarewsEyebrowDesigner
I just had my weekly fried egg sambo, drowned in brown sauce. Yum.
Danwichmann
Ostrich burgers are lovely. Springbok burger is decent too. Kangaroo burger... not a fan. Kangaroo burgers are the best burgers I've ever tasted. Spingbok is fairly nice but wasn't overly impressed by ostrich.

knoppy1987
I just had my weekly fried egg sambo, drowned in brown sauce. Yum. I've been loving that combo recently. So much so, it has been a daily affair. I'd also like to add Double Whopper to this thread. I haven't had one in a while largely because I haven't been drunk and waiting for a train around London Victoria Station.
MessiWillSignForVilla
A new Subway opened up within a 10 minutes walk from my house a couple weeks ago, and it also happens to be next to a Tesco and on my way home from Uni. Pretty much every lunch I've had since I found out has been a Footlong Italian BMT
