Popular Post KevinRichardsonsMoustache
He was in such a rich vein of form when he got injured: really hope he can rediscover that quickly when he returns. He can be such an asset for us

Fingers crossed he can at least get involved in the Boro game if that's the case. Quote Youri Tielemans Further Detail Dec 22: 'Youri, we are thinking maybe not more than two weeks, but he is now working alone and recovering his injury in his calf.'
tinker Posted January 1 VT Supporter Share Posted January 1 He's a big loss for us, was becoming a major asset for us when we struggled to break teams down. Be great to see him against boro for at least 30 minutes.

Yep we'd have easily beaten Sheffield and Burnley with him available and he'd have made a big difference in the 2nd half vs man Utd when we really couldn't put our foot on the ball.

Yesterday we didn't have Douglas or Torres starting either and badly missed the vision that all three bring to the table. It's vital to have players who can spot the weak points or opportunities when we come up against a low block team.
Captain_Townsend
And people were saying we have been lucky with injuries... we probably would be 2 or 3 points better off if we hadn't got these injuries.

I think if one of Pau, Tielemans, or Kamara's absences over Christmas don't happen, we're top of the league currently.
