Dean Smith worked so hard for that dressing room for Gerrard to make it toxic. Someone with experience in the Prem “Why do you want to sign Zidane when we have Tim Sherwood?” - Premier League experience isn't a necessity, just being able to coach players and have a clear tactical plan would be an improvement.
