Personally I'd get rid of Ings and Watkins if either one gets less than ten goals this season (Unfair on Ings because he isn't playing). Reinvest the money in someone proven but in their mid 20s. Archer could easily be second choice. Can't see us having all three at the club next season.

Ings was proven when we signed him and had just turned 29 a week before

after yesterday, seriously think about future of our strikers, this season we are very poor with forward. I think Grealish or Lack width affect Watkins (Bailey + New winger) will idea for Watkins play 4-2-3-1 and Ings ideal for 4-3-1-2 or 3-4-2-1 where he often got plenty creative into box to finisher. Countiho is far better than Grealish but Ramsey only one can pop right time running slip channel which Watkins should've as he was brilliant do this last season, not this season - confience is issues and when he success and he stop and wait when he should carry on and try have to go shot. - when he hold ball he need good hold ball which he is keep lost ball this was problem for him this season when he should've learn lesson and coach him.

I think we likely sell Ings even i like him over Watkins but age and loss sales value due age in Summer, other options keep Ings play him and sold Watkins for more money values in summer. even both sold? make buy 2 forwards?

maybe we should've go look buy new striker - should've look at Abraham? even Alfredo Morelos? even good both for replace Ings and Waktins with two different type strong target man (domination possession and opponent sit in box) Abraham (with better hold ball and 1-2-1, aerial threat) and fast target man Morelos (counter) for vs man city and other team etc.

and Archer for cup match and encourage 3rd choice if any one striker injury so give Archer games if striker need rest or tired games. even play him in pair with Abraham or Morelos will good as he like hide and pop and goal when defender focus on Abraham or Morelos like under the table slip.

Barry would need sent loan again. as he still 18 years old still plenty of time. maybe switch him to winger/striker like Watkins at Brentford.

I think we'll sell Ings and sign one of Suarez or Firmino. With Archer staying as third. Or maybe he goes on loan again and we sign both.

That's not what I want to happen mind. It's just what I think happens. Maybe we sell Watkins rather than Ings but I hope not.

Firmino, is ok in a specialist system....with Mane and Salah either side, is it any surprise.

Suarez is an unadultered goal machine.....big difference for me.

its whether Suarez can do it in a physically demanding league at his age...but we need to be careful of relying on players at the end of their careers.

we want them on the way up, not on the way down.

I completely agree, just think that's the route we're going to take. Rumours of Wijnaldum too, I'm very worried about becoming Everton

I am very worried of being drawn in towards the trap door.

The teams down there are scrapping their way out......conversely, we don't have that in us.

No need to worry because Leeds, Watford and Norwich are so poor

All 3 can't defend.

Its the first thing to get right in this League particularly......and the first thing to get right generally.

This notion of out gunning teams to progress, is fanciful......Its a wonderful concept, but it simply don't work.

If anyone takes time out to watch the defensive nous and qualities of the top teams, you will know what I mean....trouble is the Goals, and all the fluff, take the headlines and secure the spectical.

I'd sooner put money into the scouting network in leagues in Asia than spend a fortune on the likes of Suarez's wages.

Celtic have picked up some gems for little or nothing from the J League in recent times.

Would love to see us try something similar.

I agree, you have to have a decent defence, but having said that, its no good getting 0-0 draws all season, you must score your fair share of goals as well to get anywhere.

I’d love a Japanese/South Korean player. They always seem to have a really good attitude and work ethic.

There must be a couple of gems in the J League.

Yeah, I've had enough of Watkins now. Get rid.

I would be scared to sell Watkins, he's the type of player that could come back to haunt you. I would sell Ings & keep Ollie.
