I agree, but at least we don't have a 'sell before buy' policy. Guilbert is highly rated in France and has a year left so he should be able to move with no worries. Targett should be in demand for maybe 10 mill And Traore would be a decent pick up for another team at that price. Same as Sanson. We know Luiz seems to have concrete interest from Roma and there is no reason we would not be able to get £20 mill for him. Then we have centre backs . Konsa and Hause should be easily sold as they will not be on huge salaries. And if Mings becomes available there would be interest. There is alot of assets there and not much deadwood. Then if you added Watkins to the mix if we got an offer we could not turn down....45 mill ? RicRic Posted May 26, 2022 Share Posted May 26, 2022 All this talk of selling konsa is outrageous, spurs and arsenal had shown interest in him not too long ago and he was more composed and making far less mistakes then mings, but now we would rather mings than him very unfair extremely.. all we need now is a grade A striker who can get 14+ goals a season, watkins as we know gets 10 minimum and we need another player to add to that, its hard getting a 17+ goal striker in this league and if you do its a golden ticket… teams like man city have players that score from all positions.
