Auabamyang couldn't even outpace Webster

Lost a yard or 2 of pace for sure

His wallet must be slowing him down.

His interest has waned since that mega contract was signed.

It’s often the way at these clubs that are clearly broken behind the scenes. We saw it several times at Villa.

Southampton drawing would be a good result for us. They look to have hit the wall now after peaking a few weeks ago.

Injuries to Ings and Vestergaard probably hurt them, although their defense is still good.

I know its easy to say now but they should have got rid. He's 31. He's not going to become a better player. Cash in while you can.

Similar with Willian - he's 32 and on a bumper deal. Why sign him? He'll only get worse.

Mismanaged behind the scenes for sure.

Same as on Matty Cash. Seems zero repercussions on overhead kicks that go wrong. Which is an actual joke that you can be so outta control and getaway with it.

The same with a headbutt really. David Luiz charged in on Raul Jimenez and delivered a headbutt that fractured his skull.

Do that outside a pub and you’re looking at potential prison time. Do it on the pitch and it’s not even a foul.

It’s mad that a late tackle on someone’s legs is punished much more harshly than a bad challenge on someone’s head.

Duncan Ferguson got sent to prison for headbutting someone on the pitch. Only time I've ever heard of such a strong punishment.
