Would be the most valuable player on the pitch Hope Solo has said that the problem is their teams are only just starting to come around to treating keepers like the outfield players in terms of hiring dedicated coaches, looking for better athletes, etc, as women's keeping has traditionally been treated like the amateur game, where whoever is least capable with the ball at feet, whoever is slowest, etc, tends to be stuck in goal and left to figure it out, regardless of actual goalkeeping ability or desire to play the position. While it's nice seeing pics like this I do also enjoy watching the womens games, so it's easy enough to put away your sexual needs to the side and just enjoy a game of womens football. useless Posted September 4, 2021 Share Posted September 4, 2021 If it wasn't for the keeper we'd be losing by three or four goals, not a good sign against a newly promoted side considering the gap in quality between the championship and the premier league. Going forward we seem to have the same problems as last season, struggling to create anything other than half chances.
