WallisFrizz
Have we ever had a player go for a injury scan and come back with good news?

beasley14
I would hope that will just be a bit of bruising, it wasn't a huge collision.

Mantis
Hopefully the club are just being cautious. Expect they don't want to have a repeat of Torres.

This is bad Several league players get scans every week in the NRL and they don't always turn out bad. Not that I know of... would be a good time to start though. And Emery is the man to break steaks off all kinds so fingers crossed!

Someone's got Ironmans knees over here. I remember Teddy Bridgwater, US football player, dislocated his knee in practice years back. Believe people described it as “exploding.” Think he tore almost everything in there.

I played school rugby and one guy's kneecap went up his thigh and stayed there. Mine went sideways and straight back after goalie collision. Any leg flex that night sounded like bubble wrap popping. Maybe dislocation not total accurate term and was more of a hyperextension? Edited February 5 by Kiwivillan

WallisFrizz
If he is out for a few weeks, Cash back in at RB, Lenglet and Carlos to continue centrally and hopefully Pau coming back soon. It definitely weakens us but there are teams that we should still be able to get past without him. Here’s hoping it’s just a knock and he’s back for the United game (we are never this lucky). Condimentalist
It looked painful to me but not serious. Would be surprised if he misses more than Chelsea. Fingers crossed anyway.
