The guy basically runs a non-profit organisation in terms of his soccer school for kids he went out of his way to give free sessions to kids of NHS workers during the pandemic. He was a big benefactor during the COVID pandemic when it came to footballers donating money to NHS charities. He regularly provides match tickets to young poor disadvantaged villa fans. He is heavily involved in the AVFC charity raising money by doing Q and A events. I think for Gerrard Mings isn't a guaranteed starter anymore and Carlos will likely be a regular starter so it's competition and a bit of rotation for playing time alongside Carlos.
