Liberal elite erotic spasm cheese n wine party

Recommended Posts

I don't think we've got a thread for the Liberals, or the Liberals that are hoping there will be a new sort of Liberal Party with a bunch of peeps from the middle bits of the other parties.

So I started one.

Anyway, let's all enjoy Vince's erotic spasm.

It must feel like a long time ago when 'everyone agrees with Nick' happened.

They have truly taken a kicking for that marriage of convenience. For some reason, their back track on tuition fees has really stuck, whereas the usual two parties can quite happily reverse any number of policies once they are in charge.

Funny old game. I think I've only ever known one 'out' Liberal and he was pretty much my nemesis for a few years.

Naivety of their target voter at the time, really. Their number of MPs was largely down to a very young demographic, voting for the first time, with a rather idealised notion of politics.

I was very, very close to voting Liberal for the first time ever in that GE. I didn't in the end, and was glad I hadn't when they got into bed with Cameron.

Tbh I think I'd probably qualify as a liberal, as I'm quite conservative when it comes to financial matters but socially liberal, pro-remain but not a massive fan of the EU either.  Perhaps eternal fence-sitter would be more apt.

Would you jump into bed with a desperate for a shag syphilitic hooker if she promised you a pack of 4 AAA batteries?

If the answer to this question is no, you aren't a Liberal

ha ha! no, only Vince's erotic spasm speech that they pre announced and then he couldn't even pronounce when it came to the big event. He fluffed his lines and said exotic sprezm.

As a political orphan these may get my attention closer to the next GE. I am just browsing at the moment, then of course I think of the coalition.

I think it went a lot further than just sitting in bed like Morcambe and Wise making funny mouths out of half oranges the pair of words removed.

If Vince Cable and Nick Clegg had a time machine》》

1934 We have a wonderful chance to govern in coalition with the National SocialIst party of Germany.

1939 Although we said we'd never invade Poland we have. Ooops.  Sorry.

1945 The Nazi Party would have killed more Jews if they had governed alone.

1947 War?  I don't remember any war.

I'm stealing that.
