Our defense is rock solid. It's a good foundation to build on. Hopefully we manage to do it right. There was promise today, although mostly from a quite surprising direction - Gabby.

Unlike last season, we appear to have a good defence and midfield. Really like the way the defence were getting the ball through to midfield who were likewise clever and inventive in getting the ball forward.

Not sure where the goals are coming from though.  :(

Get fit soon, Kodge.

Still a total lack of creativity.

Yes not convinced myself. sure we will be tougher to beat this season but we will probably be reliant on Kodjia  to win us matches again

Awful game. Shit attendance

On a plus note, had a beer with Shaun Teale in the sacred heart. What a ledge. Loves the club

Come off it.

Suggesting a TOTAL lack of creativity is more of an exaggeration than when I threatened to move into a bungalow because I tripped up my hallway stairs.

We were good in patches going forward and were particularly good on the counter attack I thought.

I concede our conversion was poor, but the signs are there that we've made progress.

Thought we were decent, played pretty well throughout the team.

Jerome Sinclair is complete shit.

Would have been better with more people, shame less than 11,000 turned up. Villa could have helped by pricing the game more favourably as well.

Man city never relied on Aguero......or arsenal on Henry?

Let's lighten up a bit,Paul

What team is not at a disadvantage losing their best striker?

Villa without withe or Gray.

We need to snap out of this doom and gloom.

Not gloom and doom at all, Kodjia will be back soon anyway. We will do better than last season that's for sure.

Paul,trust me

We will have a great season and all the fans will be happy

I think we have a bunch of guys now in the four musketeers.......Bruce,round,whyness and Xia who will not rest until we reach our goals.

As fans we are damaged goods under Lerner.

We need to believe again.

I hope you are right. We need to be back where we belong in the Premier League.
