markavfc40
Due to the performances of others he has rightly had to wait for a chance but hopefully he can now grasp it. Others this season have shown him the way even when asked to play out of position. Hutton got in at left back due to a suspension to Taylor and took it and Adomah was not in the team at the start of the season then got a chance on the opposite side to his preferred position and took it. Good luck to him.
Stratvillan
I think he could be useful. Let's face it, he'll be first choice backup in a couple of positions if we fail to go up.

Popular Post mikeyp102
For his first appearance for a long time, and on the wrong side of the pitch, I didn’t think he did badly.
AVTuco Posted March 18, 2018 VT Supporter Share Posted March 18, 2018 Wasn't the reason we lost. Could've become a hero.
Stevo985 Posted March 18, 2018 VT Supporter Share Posted March 18, 2018 I thought he was one of the very few to come away with any credit. Especially as it was his first game in a while. Very unlucky not to get us a point as well.
sne
Did a solid job during very difficult conditions having to step in and play LB after initially not even being in the squad.
Zatman
He had a rusty start but did OK as game went on. Crazy situation for him
Demitri_C
Credit to the lad wasnt even in bench and then had to play in a position he isn't too familiar in. Did far better than axel did who looked garbage
VillaChris
Yep agree with Demi. For a last second call up he did pretty well when he came on I thought. Battled well at left back and got forward when he could. There is a player there...might have to wait until a managerial change before we see the best of him though.

He made a few mistakes but i think considering the circumstances he did very well. he did better than axel who was truely shit. send him back to united crap and injury prone
Taxahunter Posted April 11, 2018 VT Supporter Share Posted April 11, 2018 Thought he did a lot better when he came on, than Tuanzebe while he was playing. Handled Mendez-Laing much better.
sexbelowsound
Thought he did very well. a few iffy moments which is to be expected but all in all a good job. An absolute country mile better than Neil Taylor against Norwich that's for sure.

TRO
I was quite encouraged by James.....I was particularly impressed with his approach to the game and his urgency. it was an opponent you could easily be intimidated by. He wasn't. it may not seem that important to some folk.....character, is paramount to me.

I get that but not being funny , the same can be said about Bree and he has looked better in both positions. that mistake he made last night, it dont matter what position he played it was dreadful play. Czechlad
He actually seems decent. We have aging full backs, so I wouldn't mind letting Bree get minutes going forward. He will only get better.
AVTuco Posted May 15, 2018 VT Supporter Share Posted May 15, 2018 I was fearful he might be our demise, but this young man showed a lot of heart and fought proudly all the way. Great match from Bree!
