Potentially best for both parties. Saves us a small amount of PR shite by not having a manager resign, and would also work out well for Bruce not having a sacking on his CV. True, but he's on a rolling 12 month deal so we will probably have to at some point. Doesn't really matter if that's now or in 3 years.
