Chewie
It doesn't seem to really matter what we do with the ball, we just do not have any threat. There is literally no point in getting on the edge of your seat as Villa are going forward because we don't do anything with it, it always ALWAYS ALWAYS just fizzles out to nothing. Also, just watching the replay of the goal, absolutely disgraceful from Lescott just giving up and letting Ozaki run right past him to score.
DCJonah
Villa fan and captain lescott just giving up for their goal. **** brilliant.
villianusa
If Lescott had believe in Bunn saving the shot we would still be 0-0. He gave up, and the forward didn't. Defending like that, and he can head to LA sooner than later. Poor showing from us going forward. Kozak has won plenty of headers, but no one running on to them. He is very isolated. Hopefully a better second half.

Zatman
looked at the bench to see what we have on it. Its horrific bench, probably never been a worst Premier League bench
Pilchard
It's no surprise we can't defend. It's a shame that we haven't improved at all with that under Remi. To be fair to Garde he's got us trying to play football like a proper football team - it's just the players we have can't do it as they aren't good enough. Especially when attacking - we have nothing up front. Kozak is working hard but the lack of pace is a problem. Ayew spends a lot of games out lost. They are both finishers as such - there's no creators in the team. Vertout tries but doesn't have much up his sleeve, Gana has no attacking skill to his name and Gill isn't strong enough and quick enough with the ball. We'll ignore Westwood. Still, they've kept it to one for the time being. Well done Bunn on the penalty save too. What a ridiculous decision from a referee who seems to think he's the star of the show and needs to whistle every couple of seconds for the cameras. penguin
Makes it so much more frustrating that Traroe and Amavi are out, lack of pace when attacking is clearly a problem.
dudevillaisnice
I hope we are still after a striker this window. Striker and Keeper are a must. Hopefully long term targets too so they won't mind playing in the championship (for a season atleast)
