GENTLEMAN
I still worry it will all go wrong. Why worry? It always goes wrong at some point but that's football. Best just to enjoy the good results, however long they last. Absolutely. Enjoy the ride while it lasts.

Popular Post Jonoridge91
I'm sure it's been covered but he needs to stop talking about Spurs. Starting to remind me of Gerard Houllier... I don't think Tim Sherwood has said he's happy it was Spurs that beat us yet... It's his only other managerial job, seems logical that he'd draw from that experience. Like him saying he wanted to sign Delph is more complimenting Delph than undermining us as a club. Spurs were challenging for the top 4 and he thinks Delph would of helped them achieve that, that is the calibur he views Delph as. Sherwood's interviews have been a breath of fresh air due to the honesty and passion shown. Not going to start nitpicking when he's clearly focussed on us. Heck, when he is saying Spurs now have players who he gave a chance to that are first teamers, he is sending a message to our academy that they can do the same. He's providing proof of what he's done as an incentive for these youngsters to kick on.

Kingman
Time to worry is when he is tonguing and fingering the "This is Whitehart Lane" sign or similar in the tunnel. Now Thats small time and disrespectful, AKA Houllier style! Edited March 21, 2015 by Kingman

Jonoridge91
On a more positive note, if we beat Swansea today surely Sherwood wins manager of the month? We don't have another game until April and it would mean he won every game during March.

Guest av1
Aston Villa manager Tim Sherwood has seen a love affair grow with the club and their supporters since taking over as boss on Valentine's Day and has issued a rallying cry ahead of their match against Swansea. Although he lost his first two games in charge, Villa have won their last two in the Premier League, including last weekend's victory over Sunderland. "This game is huge. The fans are going to be very important for us. We are going to need them with us," said the eccentric Englishman. But bizarrely, the former Spurs boss went on to say he thinks England will win Euro 2016. "Roy Hodgson will stumble across a team that will win the Euros. He will, I tell you. They will win it," he said. Could he possibly be right? Saturday football http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/live/football/31692857 From the BBC England win the Euro's, clearly deluded, Sherwood out. Mantis
I've really been impressed with Sherwood so far but I just can't support anybody that rates Roy Hodson. Sorry Tim, but you've got to go.
Condimentalist
I dount it. I wonder if he thinks he can put himself in the frame for the job post-2016. We would need to have a hell of a season next term for that to happen.

TreeVillan
Yeah when I first read his England comments, the conspiracist in me thought that he was trying to apply pressure to Hodgson. I'm guessing he's gonna try go for the England job as soon as possible.
