Hopefully he respects his role as an advisor and doesn't become divisive like we know he can be. He's got some presence on the touchline though. Number 2 role is perfect for him, providing he keeps having a good relationship with the manager. Sadly I can see us being a stepping stone and he will go back into management again soon, which doesn't suit him IMO.
