Not the player he was, but on a free, if he can play 15-20 games and get a few assists/goals, he'll have been worth the punt. Richardson 7/10. He's not the most exciting player, but he's proven Premier League quality, still 29 and is better than what we have in many of the positions that he can play. Senderos 4/10, Richardson 5, Cole 6. We're not going to get the type of signings we did 4/5 years ago, we're basically focusing on pushing away from a relegation battle. What impact will that have on the team as a whole, how we set up, how often he plays, surely there are far too many variables at this stage to give him a mark out of ten. Cole definitely has the ability and if he stays fit then who knows, it's just he seems to have done very little in the last three years. I hope Richardson doesn't play left back. if he does then maybe he and Bacuna would play as wingbacks in front of Okore, Vlaar and Senderos? He has hardly kicked a ball in anger for 12 months and the quality we had when he was here was a million miles away from what we have now. I almost feel the same dislike for Young, not just for going to ManU a club that I despise but also for the dive against Clark. If Young did resign (which I very much doubt) then it would depend on the effort he is willing to put in because at his best Young is a great player that we would be lucky to have.
