We got a quality LB in and Holt who looks like he could be useful. Weimann and Benteke are back hitting form, Delph is playing out of his skin and most of the team are working their bollocks off and we're not as shit as last year. So MEH. We're midtable and capable of pulling out some really good performances here and there and some wins from some not so good performances too. Lerner clearly thinks we're not going to get relegated and assuming he wants to sell, that's all he cares about right now. Bertrand a step up in what we have and Holt is a decent targetman to throw on for last 20mins of games who can bully a few defenders and hopefully chip in with a few goals. We ain't going down, we ain't winning anything, so why invest if you just want to sell up? It's like putting a gold-plated turd in your house before you sell. It won't add any value, YOU may like the turd but the turd doesn't really change anything and the new owner doesn't really care if the turd comes as part of the furnishings or if you take it with you.
