  1. Try the pogo, fresh and nebula versions. Delicious stuff and all from wild beer.
  2. It's more nonsense spouted by the UK government. Sky/BT are currently suspending sports subs while there's no live sport. They are going to want ratings and new subscribers when football comes back.
  3. Lots of people on here hate it when we don't play in white shorts with our home strip. Also West Ham copied our colours, due to receiving our jerseys as a transfer fee, that's why they are traditionally the same.
  4. I'd say it just came down to money. They probably couldn't afford to alter the contracts.
  5. We will be doing that next season when Jack's gone to united.
  6. One (hair brained) solution might be to finish this season starting next September and then for the 21/22 season just have a 19 game fixture list, everyone plays each other once home or away.
  7. If we cut the speed limit to 30 mph on every road in Europe there would be virtually zero road deaths across the continent. We don't do it because it's not practical. This lock down is a temporary measure to buy time to allow the health services to prepare. We can't shut down economies for a prolonged period, it's just not viable. Business will soon re-open and the premier league is a business just like any other. They will try to do what's best for themselves, it's up to the government to tell them what they can and can't do, e.g. behind closed doors games etc. TLDR; it's not a simple case of big business doesn't care if people die and money means more than lives. Businesses try to do the best for themselves within the constraints of the law. By the way I'm not having a go at you but I fear there's going to be a lot of public outrage when things re-open and people are still dying of C-19. It's not possible to avoid this IMO.
  8. Very sad news. RIP. He was a terrific player and seemed like a decent guy too.
  9. It's probably both. When he got called up for England apparently he wasn't interested in playing for them at all. Never a good sign that a player actually likes playing football.
  10. McGinn has been miles better than either Luiz or Nakamba. His passing isn't great but he's as good as those two players put together and easily good enough for the PL.
  11. I'm on Delta work @5/1 for the gold cup. Soft ground should suit it.
  12. Nominated for championship player of the month.
  13. It's not just corners, we cant take or defend throw ins either. Watch our players when we have a throw in, they just stand like motionless statues. It's been an issue for years.
  14. Gives the ball away an awful lot. His long range passing is especially dreadful.
  15. I'd be shocked if Reina doesn't start. It's clear smith thinks he's better than nyland and one howler wont change that.
  16. I did notice the difference between the two leagues but I also noticed that Hassan has no pace or brain.
  17. Ross MCCormack, Henry Lansbury, Yannick Bolaise, Jedinak, Whelan all spring to mind straight away. On enormous premier league wages to play for a mid table championship club.
  18. I think he *might* be a useful impact sub at that level but not a starter.
  19. If that was true he'd be gone already because Chelsea will batter us. It's not true though, he won't be sacked.
  20. I actually forgot he was still with us. Can't even make the bench ahead of the woeful Hassan. He must be horrendous in training.
  21. When they gave him a 4 year deal earlier this season that let everyone know that they were going to stick with him no matter what. Even when we go down he won't be sacked.
