I paid £4.25 for a regular latte with an extra shot at Strensham northbound services on the M5 this afternoon. Thought this was quite expensive then realised how much a pint costs these days. I equally enjoyed that coffee as much as I would have done the pint. That is all. Bye.

I know it's been briefly touched on above, but I did my first ever HR run last week. I'm not sure my garmin was all that accurate but I stayed in the aerobic/threshold zones (basically hovered around 165 bpm). Have to say, the run was so nice... no struggling for breath and actually enjoying it for a change. Is this an effective way of getting faster? It's no biggy, I just like to stay fit and healthy but usually I push myself a bit too much which actually makes me dislike running. I don't have goals as such because I only have chance to get out 1-2 times a week as I balance running with the gym.

Sounds like people who have caught it a second time are experiencing much milder symptoms. Unless the strain they are catching is mild of course. Just trying to reassure myself if I catch the darn thing again

I know he was number 9 for Leverkusen but did he ever play down the middle? I'm slightly worried he's going to fall out of favour here and that's nothing against him. We're spoilt for choice in the attacking area now and I feel the pressure will really be on him to impress when he gets the odd 20 minutes here and there. I think he's a quality player and we really need to try and adjust squeezing him in somewhere otherwise he'll be off. I know he's been injured lately but looked quite sharp when he came on yesterday.

Great movie. The cinematography was stunning. Paul Dano and Robert Pattinson particuarly as Batman (didn't feel he had much screen time as Bruce) were both fantastic.
