I don't think we're staying up and I don't think we deserve to stay up, but I also don't watch much football apart from Villa and it appears at the moment that there are at least 3 teams about as bad as we are. If after Liverpool & United we are still within a win of getting out of the relegation zone, we might just be able to fluke it.

Currently playing Super Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (is that the title) on the Switch. I think it was @Stevo985 who mentioned getting 3 stars on every cup. I started doing that a while back and did it through 50-100cc very easily. Starting from 150cc isn't as easy. Extremely out of practice. Will just try and win everything for now and go back and get the 3 stars later.

From memory I thought it was 20m if at the end of this season, 25m if at the end of next season.

From memory a lot of his goals pre lockdown seemed scrappy goals where he was in the right place at the right time. Seemed unsustainable.

This thread has got me motivated to get back into my running. I had a period approximately 2012-2015 where I loved it. Completed a couple of half marathons in what I considered decent times. Had a park run PB of 21:30, but I doubt I could even complete one these days without stopping at some point. I guess an extra 20kg baggage will do that to you. Going to give Couch to 10k a crack to see if I can get back into it. Keep the stories coming in the meantime!

You're probably right, but I wouldn't be surprised in the least. When Jack goes, he'll be our most featured player (138 apps and counting) with the next back being Elmo on 107 (assuming Chester is let go). Can see him getting it with his experience and how he carries himself at training, in the locker room etc.

Like I said in another thread, people who never want to see him again better get used to him. He'll be a staple next season and very possibly captain.

My uncle (Liverpool fan) lent me his book on their Champions League win last year (think it's called Allez Allez Allez). There are several mentions of Purslow from his time there and everyone comes across as he was good at his job except he kept getting involved in football decisions instead of staying in his lane.
