  1. Can imagine just giving him 20 mins against a shite team would have made him proud. Instead zero minutes and a pissed off wife. Must be fuming with the midget
  2. Simple thing to do would be what cricket did to South Africa during the apartheid years. Go and play there for the money, you are restricted where you can play afterwards. So go there, premier league put a fair market value on the player, so Newcastle selling matt target for instance for 40 million would be knocked down to 15 million for ffp. Then he wouldn't be allowed back in the Premier league/ European football for 3 years. That way the player is committed to 3 years as an outcast earning alot more money but 3 years away from European football.which I think would put alot off agreeing to the Saudi shuffle, as i expect it will be known as, once these cheats start doing it. Uefa should sort it out now for all European clubs and fifa should for international teams. Stamping down hard on this before the cheats can do any more damage. I doubt it will happen as the Premier league hadn't done anything to Man City and the punishment for Chelsea was 1 year of not being able to sign players for a fee when they already had 70 odd professional footballers loaned out.
  3. Probably true, exeter released blackman at the end of the season and are looking for a new no 1 for next season on lower wages than blackman was on.
  4. Maguire did a maguire, messed up and within a minute or 2 mings came on and England switched to a back 3. Mings getting on the pitch for 30 mins or so was a minor miracle, didn't put a foot wrong other than one long ball to no one, the sort of pass he used to hit for grealish. Little to do though other than recycle the ball to some pretty lead footed players playing against one of the weakest teams.
  5. No suprise on the line up, no mings as England play a shit weak team so gives his pals the nod yet again. Maguire should be no where near but obvs gets the shout as no threats from their forwards. So big nose can say look they didn't score, I was right, rather than play others. Same with big nose up front, plays him just so he can claim credit for kanes goal record by playing him in every single game against dog dirt opposition or none essential games.
  6. Are they the same ones who threatened to knee cap him if he moved to Chelski so he cancelled his transfer ? He's vile and should never have been allowed near our club, hopefully he will go to Leeds and relegate them.
  7. Or ladyboy Confusing times growing up in the 80s. The only reason as a kid to watch bbc 2.
  8. Oddly one of my man utd mates is convinced emi will be going there. I agreed and said he would but I couldn't tell him exactly which week as ghe fixture list won't be out for ages. He will be here for at least 1 or 2 more seasons
  9. Read some report suggesting villa would cancel his contract to allow him to go to Luton on a free. What a ludicrous suggestion ! 10m would mean we have not lost money on him and would be a very cheap premier league signing. If we can shift on the players who won't be given a look in next season, we should, but not just give ones away who have a value.
  10. no bit I was hoping that they would put up a fight, instead just slow misplaced passes most of the game. Brighton passing more direct and they actually ran for the ball. We need to be at our best Sunday to get a result and can't afford anyone to not put everything into it.
  11. Well city fkd us over there. I'm sure if they needed to win 4 or 5 of those playing wouldn't have had a sniff of being on the pitch unless they were 3 or more up. It's 7th to 9th now, hopefully Brighton now have a party and don't turn up on Sunday.
  12. City need to take lewis off if they want to win, he's been terrible with the amount of final balls to the opposition who have then broke each time.
  13. The amounts paid to the top players are so big, an extra 5 million a year would make zero difference to me if I was still pocketing 20 million per season.
  14. I guess he will play him against the weakest ones to help blocked nose into the record books. It's the only reason I can think of that he refuses to play anyone else no matter what the game.
  15. Spain, 20 years plus behind the times, same as Italy. Always baffled me why some of the world's best players still go there bearing in mind its not the best paid place to work and the conditions abuse wise must be horrific.
  16. Or we could just move doug into the more progressive midfield slot and have another kamara level DM, alongside kamara ?
  17. Need a solid 13 nil win for City tonight, leaving us with a solid 2 nil win on Sunday to march into europe Oh and 6 injuries tonight and 2 sending off for brighton please
  18. God they are boring, passing it for the sake of passing it instead of trying to open Chelsea up or shoot. Just pass it around at the back for 5 minutes then start again. Snooze fest
  19. Don't hate but hoping for an 11 nil win today against fellow financial cheats Chelsea. Just to bring me some joy after 6th is now, unless we win 10 nil against Brighton, off the table.
  20. You know when you watch someone play that crap and they are that lazy, you almost get angry at the amount they get paid to do next to nothing and clearly show everyone how little fks they give, if I was a Southampton fan i would be fuming with such a cant be arsed display and i only watched the 2nd half !!
  21. God they really are shit, aribo the number 7 I presume the ex rangers player ? Holy crap is he one lazy crap player, destroying 90% of any forward play and too lazy to try and block shots. Terrible decision making all over the pitch, defenders trying to pass out in tight spots when it's never going to happen and hoofing it when there was time to play it. No wonder they are down
  22. We would all have taken a point today if offered, but like most, feel a bit deflated at the late equaliser. We seem to lose any threat once emi, donk and Duran came on which helped build their momentum. Well done though and mings the motm with mcginn a close second until he had to move positions then never really got back into the game once he went back again. Watkins penalty miss and not targeting the defender on a yellow I feel was the point where we could have finished the job.
  23. If we can play to our true potential today we can at least get a draw. Fingers crossed that we can put on a positive show today. Utv
  24. While I admit my biase, how that challenge was not reviewed by the ref for possible red card I do not know. Both feet off the ground, late and connected. It's not looking great at the mo, Brentford are not playing with any pace and their 1st touch seems to be letting a good few players down. Weird they play physical against us but haven't laid a glove on the refs faves
