Did Ron Vlaar have a medical when he was shown around BMH and Villa park? Just a thought, this person could be just being shown the facilities, before deciding if he wants to sign. Quite Feasible - Although if if we have player I reckon we would be keen for him to be in the team for sat. The Vlaar was subject to a medical for around a week. - but I have been told that typically the medical is used as negiotating tool - ie if his carlidge is a bit thin - will you knock a million off ! It would also explain why players fail a medical at one club - then pass at another. The club set the pass fail criteria - the medical people just report.
