The_Rev
I'd never rule it out, but it would surprise me if he went back. The team needs a huge overhaul, and Jose would have to be the man to get rid of the players he signed. By all accounts he is still big mates with the likes of Terry, Lampard & Drogba. He wont want to come in as a hatchet man, will he?
dudevillaisnice
I really don't think Roman will let him back in either to be honest.. I hate to say it but the City project suits him.
dudevillaisnice
Phil McNulty @philmcnulty Roberto Mancini says he will "probably" try to sell Mario Balotelli in the summer. Problem might be finding someone to buy him.
parisvilla
Phil McNulty @philmcnulty Roberto Mancini says he will "probably" try to sell Mario Balotelli in the summer. Problem might be finding someone to buy him. There have been a couple of stories floating about of late saying Inter are keen to re-sign him. They could certainly do with some young players. The_Rev
Someone will definitely buy him. Just not for £20m.
Jimzk5
Mancini won't get sacked, there owners seem more balanced than abromovich and they will back him again. As I said earlier he will clear out the players that aren't up to winning the league. arsenals lightweight midfield dominated the game, milner & Barry are good players, but they won't win you titles. The_Rev
I'd sack him if I were in charge. Well, I would if I knew I could get Mourinho in.

I have no problem with Milner winning something with them, but can't stand the idea of Barry winning anything, definitly don't want to see him come away from there with a prem winners medal. CI
Strange, I have no hard feelings towards Barry, he gave us 10 years of great service Milner however, still owed us a couple more seasons
Voinjama
Ye Barry gave us 10 years, Milner only 2 and I also think Milner owed us at least 1 more year.
villa4europe
NOTW again for barry, he's a cock it's time they brought in retrospective punishment for divers, young should be looking at a 1 match ban IMO
dudevillaisnice
Not sure if Ash is diving more at United or whether we didn't realise (as Villa fans) that he did it whilst he played with us as often but I still think he is does it far often at United. bose
Ashley was quite the diver when he was here, I just think he gets more decisions going his way after he went to United.
VT Supporter Chindie Posted April 9, 2012 VT Supporter Share Posted April 9, 2012 Young was hated by a number of other clubs fans during his time with us for his playacting and the like (and he certainly was disliked by a few Villa fans for it too - I certainly got fed up of the once-per-match shin holding hobble by the time he left, and didn't approve of his falling over either). I think at Manchester United he's being given more opportunities to do and has more exposure of doing it thanks to his current club getting more air time than just about anyone else. Yesterdays antics would be something I'd be ashamed of, it's one of the more blatant, obvious and cynical examples of diving I can remember. LondonLax
Ash used to win loads of free kicks for us. He was the most fouled player in the league in his last season with us. The free kicks he won were great for releaving pressure when we were under the cosh.

The_Rev
Spurs losing, they might blow Champions League qualification at this rate as the clubs chasing them are all in great form.
coda
Didn't Spurs do this last season? Went out of CL and had an awful run of games without a win. Question marks over Arry's ability.
