So other clubs can sell players to SA but Chelsea can't? There is no way to enforce that rule i'm afraid. If your happy with thw direction of the game is going with things like this then i guess yous ok with us not being able to ever compete with a top 4 spot. Lukaku was "linked" but turned it down, i'd be surprised if Hudson-Odoi went, who is the other one? Wolves have sold a Mendes client with 12 months left on his contract for more than the three Chelsea's players combined, nothing dogy in that?
