Whenever I've seen him he hasn't looked even nearly ready, and by most accounts he hardly tore up any trees at Wednesday (but then apparently he was playing through yet another injury). If we're keeping him literally just for numbers that's one thing, but if we still think he's a genuine first team prospect he has to play week in week out somewhere. Can't lie, think it's a sign of the problems we have, ie. he doesn't really deserve it on merit, but I'm sure he's a good guy so congratulations.
