Atlanta just broke the MLS attendance record again today - over 70,000 - Thats pretty amazeballs for a team thats only just over 1 year old.

Isnt it to do with club policy, they took advantage of Latin market and has brought in the minority fans which other markets dont

Apparently play great football and have Guzan in goals so guaranteed goals ;)

The marketing/social media/what they have done in ATL has rewrote the book for how to start an MLS franchise. They’ve hit bulls eye with almost everything they have done. Kudos to them. Wait till you see the youth players they bring thru....:o

Enzo started and played 90 mins vs the revs. They lost 2-1 with the last kick of the game and missed a pk. Smart!

Being a FM player its barco im interested in, argentine youth international bought in for around $10m, thats a potential massive step for the league let alone the club

If they scout SA properly and start bringing them in the interest will rocket

If he had not had that horrible injury and still gone over the pond he'd of course dominate.

Then again he wouldn't have moved there at this time if he hadn't had that injury.

As it is now who knows if his leg even holds up? Then again this signing is about publicity and not football.

For both Zlatan and the MLS

Interesting signing. AFAIK DC United has never had a "splash" big name signing so this seems to be a little interesting. Maybe a ploy to get new followers for the new stadium in DC.

Ridiculously good business from Everton just getting him off the books, yet alone with a fee, just as it was ridiculously good business from Manchester United to do the same 12 months ago.

I wish we could find people to take our fat old pissheads off our hands and pay us for the pleasure.

Allardyce came across as a total nob during today’s press conference.

In fairness, he's got them up to 9th and the owners sent out a questionnaire to fans asking them to rate how he's doing :D

If I was him I would be acting like a dick too!

Remy Garde didn't disappoint again. Zlatan gets a red card and Montreal still manages to concede and lose 0-1 to LA.

Think Montreal has worst defence in the league, he was an organiser brought in to sort Richards and Lescott

To be fair on Remi, Montreal is just horrid. I watched the LA match, and Montreal didn't lose because of tactics. Montreal had numerous good shooting chances, but managed to not even hit the target. It was like watching a bunch of amateur. Then LA's goal was down to the smallest player on the field winning a flick on header.
