But his dad is Nigerian.

Yes but his mom is Irish and he himself is Irish.

He's clearly more Irish than Nigerian.

You never know he might even make a decision based on footballing reasons :o

Without wanting to drag his nationality in to the debate, Clark currently has 9 more caps than he would have had he stuck to playing for England

So out of interest, if say your parents had moved to somewhere like Dubai for work purposes and you happened to be born and raised there, you'd consider yourself Emirati first and foremost would you?

Most likely yes.

You only have to look at Gabby.

Nigerian dad, Scottish mom - he's English.

Isn't all this a good reason to stop International football then. Seeing as it's all pretty much irrelevant what country you were born in or raised in or your mother or father came from. Just have representative football instead. Premier League v Bundesliga and such like

Good idea, I quite like the sound of it

I've always thought that whatever country you were raised in is your nationality. However, I'm not that patriotic or nationalistic, and I also wasn't born to immigrants, so I have no clue how id feel in that situation, and neither does anyone else unless they've experienced it.

So unless that's true, I don't think you can comment on what country jack grealish should feel like he's from or should represent.

You can sit here and debate it all day though, Jack says he's Irish then he's Irish. Look at Diego Costa not a drop of spanish blood in the fella but he'll be playing for Spain at the WC.

Whatever the individual feels the most connection too i suppose, aslong as they're not claiming to a nationality they have nothing to do with i don't see the problem. Just a shame Jack wont be going to any tournaments with his choice ;)

He was joint top scorer in the HK Sevens.

What did he end up with? Goals & assists?

6 goals I think, not sure about assists though.

Great stuff, bulk up bit by bit and it'll make a huge difference

Januzaj isn't bulky. Not really a good thing for a winger's speed and agility.
