They are either young with huge potential or able to go straight into the first eleven i would guess. Just as the plan was 18 months ago. The links we have had are to Felix , Mireno, Williams Henrique , Guendouzi and Dembele. Big fees and big wages . And in this market we are going to find it harder to either convince players or afford players. So we i guess are going to be very careful and considered in how we spend. Our main targets might be still on the market so we might be holding off to try and get the one Emery really wants. Even if it doesnt work it will not be a disgraceful situation or one we should be berating the owners or manager for . We need to have patience and trust. If we dont get a striker and ollie gets injured then do not worry. Emery will have a plan to deal with this tactically. I think people have missed the point of my first post as per. I said we are likely to have tried for the right players but haven’t been able to get them in - which in my opinion is disappointing. Unfortunately many of you see “we aren’t signing anyone” and start having a massive meltdown and try to make others out to be the enemy of Aston Villa. Read the posts, and understand them, people! Oh lord it’s worse than I thought… Ok fine it was the best transfer window ever. No other window can compare to its greatness.
