If Brighton and Spurs win all their games, and we lose to Liverpool, we'll still be 3 points behind Spurs in 8th, hoping they lose and we make up a goal difference of maybe 4 on the final day. So yes the opportunity will be there on the final day of getting into the Conference league, but it would be nice if Brighton and Spurs dropped some points before then, and Villa got a result against Liverpool. If Villa lose to Liverpool, we can only afford Brighton to pick up 4 points from the Arsenal Newcastle, Southampton and Man City games for them to be catchable on the final day. However many points Villa get against Liverpool, Brighton are allowed to get that many plus 4 from the next four games.
