I've said it a few times. Our strength in depth is very good at the moment.

Excited to see it progress next year.

Definitely, the way SG is talking we’ll only be adding a few but higher quality… which is an approach I think is finally what we need

Pleased to see Buendia and Chuk getting chances to impress today and hopefully they both do well.

Also good to see Ramsey back as he gives our midfield a different dimension.

Bit concerned that we might be a bit light weight particularly from set pieces but let's see.

UTV!

Totally this, having a complete revamp every 5 mins doesn't work. Small amounts of better quality players will make more difference

Feeney and Iroegbunam on the bench 🙌🏻

Sanson returns too, interesting

Was Sanson not on the bench last game?

I'm pleased with it.

Will be sad to see Traore sold in the summer though. I know he's frustrating, but man can he entertain.

Such a shame he never got to light up a full Villa Park

The irony is, I find we usually get good results when there is absolute meltdown about the team selection, historically.

So i'm not sure if people bring pleased,  is a good or bad thing. lol

I wonder what odds we could’ve got this time two years ago that in 2022 we’d have Coutinho and Ings on our bench… mad!

And that the league would be so strong that we'd still finish midtable.
