Also, not to be too precious, but I'm the same age as him and look basically pretty similar.

I am almost 20 years older and look similar, but not sure whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing to be honest, very confusing

It’s so sha to have a Billboard next to the M6 but it’s actually so low nobody can actually see it.

Sounds like the shittest movie sequel ever. 3 Billboards outside of Junction 7, Great Barr

It's all sounding strangely familiar:

- Formerly elite England player with limited/unproven track record as a manager
- Hired because the CEO has a connection with them
- The club believes that this new manager can take them on to 'the next level'

Big Question: How long until Rooney bans ketchup?

Don't make fun of the multi multi millionaire who spends a large portion of his time smoking, drinking and shagging prostitutes for looking a bit ropey.  The middle aged white male millionaire is one of the most persecuted people out there. 🙏

You’re right, I’ll check how much money someone earns before I call them fat and ugly next time. Makes sense.

Who called him fat and ugly? He looks a mess were the comments and he does. He's not looked after himself has he , at all?

in fairness, he looked thirty when he was seventeen.

i think he's capable of being a very decent manager, there are stories that came out of Derby that paint him in a good light, I know Omari Kellyman loves him for the debut.

It won't work out here though; small heath innit.

I wonder if he got any shares as part of his payment for signing on - wouldn't be surprised if they've cut him in.

I was reading what the Derby fans thought of him and most seemed to think he led well while the club was going through a difficult time. However I saw some question his actual ability as a manager though and he definitely doesn't sound like much of a coach, apparently he leaves that to others mostly. He also won't have Liam Rosenior who was his right hand man there and did a lot of the coaching. He's now a manager in his own right and doing fairly well at Hull by all accounts.

IIRC, he was doing really well with Derby after they'd started the season with a points reduction...

In fairness Rooney jobs have been tougher than Lampard, Neville and the scumbag
