I mix it up, take it in turns 

my current Friday morning order is double bacon and then depending on who's in the office it may involve a cheese on toast chaser

Bacon and egg with bread lightly toasted - just a bit of crunch, that's all you need. Add red sauce and then some L&Ps Worcestershire sauce on top.

No sauce. Can't stand any sauce as it happens. A sandwich is all about the bread because if it's not fresh then it ruins it.
