Ginko Posted August 21, 2016 Share Posted August 21, 2016 (edited) Because if you take what Tony said in the way it is interpreted by someone using English correctly it reads that previously he has not been (past tense) on the list, but now he is as of today (present tense). I don't understand how people CAN'T see that. I think he might have made a mistake in his English, however, whereby the mistake actually says the opposite of what he meant.
