Nobody is accusing him of inappropriate behavior towards colleagues. They are accusing him of watching something in his private phone so awful he should lose his job. To me that should be a very high bar. Should MP's lose their jobs if they are reading (far more offensive) pro Putin propaganda websites on their phones and someone looks over their shoulder?
