Five signings, plus the Cop, at the expense of becoming official, have occurred since then. The need to balance sales over numbers, from that moment any sale would be linked to the receipt of a very good deal. But there are still clubs hovering around Málaga willing to bid for some interesting player. In the case of Aston Villa, which, this newspaper has learned, he is quite interested in taking the services of Sergi Darder. Of course, once past the worst economic times, the malaguistas leaders will be very demanding when it comes to listen to any proposal. Not come at bargain prices, they are very clear. For its part, the player tries to work with the five senses posts in Malaga and make a good preseason, but he knows, through his agent, that there are options that can change of scenery before the competition starts late August. Jarpie
If we get Darder I can imagine either Westwood or Sanchez being sold or loaned out.
mightysasquatch
It's a strange one, with both Westwood & Sanchez I wouldn't say we really need another centre mid but if an opportunity has arisen to get him I guess we should move.

Shomin Geki
Oh my this is exciting! Any clues as to what is motivating this Villa 'revolution'? Any word on 'our vision' from Sherwood, Fox, Lerner? Or was Lerner visited by the ghosts of Villa past, present and future (McCleish, Lambert and some weird Jermaine Defoe/Adebayor decrepit mutant) one chilly April night? Because that will do things to a man... The future is bright. The future is blazing claret and stirring blue! PieFacE Posted July 16, 2015 VT Supporter Share Posted July 16, 2015 (edited) We seem to be linked with loads of midfielders. If we signed Darder and Praet we'd have an amazing midfield. Sorry sir, can't help it. 'The Future' for Villa has, for so very long, meant nervously looking at fixture lists, staring bleakly at overgrown Sunday League pitches and filling out Predictors. I'm relishing the difference. I'll make a bet with you. If I'm not smiling like a fool come September £100 to Villatalk.
