I said all through January that sacking him then would not help us but no we're out of options. He HAS TO GO NOW. WE need fresh ideas and fresh enthusiasm. The players don't seem to know what each other's jobs are. It's a **** shambles. I'm not even sure 'that' Derby team were as poor as this? On paper we should be doing better. I mean, I have never seen such a broad consensus on here about anything and yet some people are still looking to point score when virtually every single person agrees on this?
