The club needs a rebuild and seasoned pros unless they fit into the what Garde wants should not be bought for the sake of it, we will still be a big pull, go and get all the bright young things from the 2 tiers below and build the first team. Ill be happy to take a few years in the Championship if we can deliver a young team who give a shit. Ill go back to playing Football Manager.

Relegation was inevitable with the management of this club in the last few years. I as had most accepted it was coming, the most frustrating for me is the manner we are going down. No fight, no heart at least go out fighting for you lives. The quality of the players is even more shocking than expected, had the spine torn out with Vlaar, Delph, Cleverley and Benteke going. Just as frustrating its become a season of everyone beating everyone. Watford, Bournemouth and Norwich are picking up points just by giving a shit. Leicester, Crystal Palace and Stoke have shown some ambition and look where that has got them. Its no surprise the 3 worst managed club, with the least money spent, ambition shown and ageing players are the bottom 3 and I expect Newcastle and Sunderland to come down with us. Mentality shift needed at the club for it all to change, which I believe we tried with the new structure, however with the top man not caring that creates an overall ethos of the club no matter what is below.

We had 3 must win games over Christmas and New Year to stand any chance of staying up and weve lost them all without a whimper. No team cohesion or quality and no fight or desire.

We dont play to his strengths and the players around him dont move but hes not the player to make things happen. Hes woeful. Cant head, cant pass, cant finish and cant run. He might be isolated but he makes his runs too late, reacts to the cross rather than moving to be aimed for. Cant control the ball and when able to just passes it back to the player who gave it him. Ill be surprised if he scores 2 more this season.

He leaves so much space behind him when he wonders forward.

Hopefully Burnley dont go up and we can take Sean Dyche, I wont blame Remi when we go down no matter the style and uselessness of our performances. He wont be the man to help us fight our way out of the Championship.

I was commuting 2 and half hours a day and took an near £5k wage drop this year to work 5 mins from my house. I dont have the disposable income I had but I am much happier not having to spend 10-15 hours of my week just getting to work let alone being there. I am also happy to do over time now as an hour here an there paid is fine. When I was a manager I always like to think I was flexible, little things like allowing staff to leave early or authorising holiday at late notice can make a big difference to a staff member rather than sticking to the rules for the sake of it. Have to be careful with the boundaries but employers who take a lot and give little back find themselves with work forces who dont last very long.

Along with the continual system crashes and freezing of the continue game so that it doesnt leave when the game comes back in play. I get routinely hammered by Spurs, Man United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and Man City. Just lost 7-0 to Liverpool and 5-0 to Arsenal in the game before. Update also seems to have ruined my tactics which is fairly normal. First season Liverpool won the league second season Spurs won it, how are they so over rated every year?

Having real trouble with it constantly crashing. Crashed every 2 games or so.

Ive had the game since it came out but hadnt played.Finally had a go today and I think Im going to love it. I played a bit of Fallout New Vegas and really didnt like it. Partially because I played it a few years after it came out and the graphics seemed bad but also it was a bit bland. This however looks great and is easy to use. Having some trouble with settlement building and getting walls to connect to floors but its a great distraction in an already fantastic world.

Its ok ripping in if you know what you are talking about. He is out of position so often telling other what to do and where to be might not be the best idea.
