  1. That is actually a very interesting graph. Given Apple's choices re celebrity hacking, I suspect that their share of the market will fall even further. If this does happen though I will be very upset about it, imo iOS and Mac OS's are far superior to any Windows equivalent (iMac, iPad + Macbook owner). A sad day for Apple is coming.
  2. Tell me about it, I just hate it when the ieony is complerely lacking. The actual feck is happening with the grammar on this post.
  3. The latest from the dev team is that car parts and wheels etc will be added in update 49, ready for cars in update 50. I agree, the running simulator part of it right now is annoying, still a very fun game imo and it will only get better!!
  4. Just started playing this on Steam - still completely in Alpha at the time of this post (.48) and has just been confirmed that it will be coming to PS4 (in 2015) in the future. The game has many issues right now, but still one of my favourite games at the moment.
  5. Did he answer that one? The gorilla with a cricket bat I can buy, but how would a polar bear hold a taser? Yeah I thought that, but then even if it ate it and you were faced with a polar bear, i'm not sure whether I'd prefer the gorilla or not. Surely it means you have the bat vs. The Gorilla or you have the taser vs. The Polar Bear haha not you against a Polar Bear with Taser-in-paw you doughnuts Jesus Christ... +
  6. I agree with you that we should just wait it out (if we are not offering a new contract to him at the moment), I think should we do that though he will be very wanted indeed.
  7. I suppose there's the argument that playing him too much too early, could put too much pressure on him and halt his progress? Many people have suggested that Weimann could have progressed much better, had he not been relied on to perform in a relegation battling side of young-and-unproven players. The same could happen to Grealish if we're not careful. I want us to play him. But we also shouldn't heap too much pressure on him. This.
  8. I don't know if I would play him from the start first game - should be starting a lot this season if his progression continues. Something exciting!!
  9. I couldn't agree less. I don't think him putting money in then entitles him to do as he pleases. On the one hand you said you admire the fact he hasn't changed the stadium name or colours but then you seem to suggest he has the right to as he's put money into the club. Not sure selling something you don't want makes him much of a man. I think if he accepted his mistakes, lowered the asking price a lot to sell the club and not try to claim back as much as he can, then I'd respect him a bit more. But honestly I'm not sure what he's currently doing deserves much respect. Well, on the first point, if I buy a business (or anything for that matter - house/car/land), it IS my right to do whatever I please with it (within relevant local laws etc. etc.). End of discussion on that front really. On the second, you seem to have changed what I posted into something else. I have no doubts he has had offers to rename Villa Park to something else in order to get some revenue, and he clearly hasn't. Claret and Blue are our colours and he has kept them - which some maverick owners have not and do not (which isn't to say it's an amazing feat - but I am appreciative of it). On the selling the club front, it does take a man to admit defeat in any thing where you believe (as he clearly did at one stage) that you could have had great success and I admire that. I did not (on purpose) discuss his managerial or custodian decisions - as in my opinion some of those have been shockers. I stand by my original post though, and he will be remembered fondly by me at least.
  10. Honestly I don't think Lerner will go above Lambert and sell players. I'm sure he will have received assurances about that. That's the sort of thing that would make Lambert walk and even Lerner knows that that would be a disaster. James Milner. Wasn't he sold when we didn't have a manager?
  11. Is that really worthy of admiration? And I question what he's done that deserves respect. I won't clog up the page with a huge quote so I'll simply say what a fantastic post from trent. I would say I agreed with pretty much every word of it. Well ... you did kind of cut off what I said there so if you want to use certain parts of my post to try and make your point fair enough, I'm not going to bother though - just refer you back to my original post.
  12. + There are many worse owners and there are many better in the game now, and in the past - I am sure that I don't have to mention actual names we all watch football and it's goings on (or so I would assume). You have to give the man respect for making his own decisions and sticking by them, which, given that he did actually pump many many millions into our club, is his right. I admire him in certain ways, Villa Park is still Villa Park, we still play in Claret and Blue, and now the guano has really hit the fan he has admitted he hasn't got the stomach for it anymore (something many suspected but beside the point) he was man enough to say so and act on it. Sure, we could have got a Sheikh who would use us as his play thing and pump money equal to some countries deficits into it - I also could have won the lottery last week but that's just life. Thank you Randy, you will remembered fondly by some.
  13. I am getting this sneaky feeling of coming events as thus; 1. Takeover happens 2. Lambert sacked 3. Keane caretaker manger until the end of the season Could be completely wrong of course, but doesn't seem outside the realms of possibility.
  14. Where is Morgan Freeman? This made me realise just how racist that Guess Who set really is.
  15. Maybe I am being a bit cynical but I am half waiting for the inevitable failed drugs test on Kyrgios.
  16. Why? We're not in a courtroom with someone looking to secure a criminal prosecution. It seems quite daft to apply that same high threshold to all other situations. I find it mildly amusing that a persistent grammar Nazi queries why we should apply high thresholds but to answer your question , because I tend to trust the judgement of law rather than the judgement of twitter ... the law does get it wrong sometimes , but it's hit rate is still around 99% better than twitters Oh gods .... I admit to being lazy with grammar sometimes but ... the ... space ... before ... the ... comma ... is GIVING ME A BRAIN ANUERYSM. ;P
  17. Yep, we did after all pay over £8m for Reo Coker, a guy who couldn't trap a tranquilized sleuth, control a microwave or even pass the salt let alone a football. fixed for you
  18. I play Dotes with a few ex LoL players. It's a much more complex and challenging game according to them
  19. pish. Can't see this happening due to takeover status + if we get new ownership I sincerely hope they have higher ambitions than Snodgrass.
  20. It was the Villa fans who dubbed him "Roncrete". Feyenoord fans called him "Concrete Ron", so it just was merged together. I actually think it was somebody on here who first called him "Roncrete" and it's spread. Ah well - we (or someone on here) takes the credit then
  21. I love his nickname given by Ducth fans of Roncrete - backed up by a solid performance yesterday. Mixing it with some of the best he looked hard as nails, and i can scree why other clubs might be interested.
  22. Really like both kits this year - good job all round.
